This Refund Policy explains how 17244720 Canada Inc (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles refunds and cancellations for Glowcast and Glowcast Pro subscriptions. It supplements our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms used but not defined here have the meanings in the Terms.
Subscription fees for Glowcast Pro are generally non-refundable once charged, except where this policy states otherwise, where we choose to offer a goodwill refund, or where applicable law requires a refund or remedy. By subscribing, you acknowledge that recurring charges will occur until you cancel in accordance with Section 3.
We sell Glowcast Pro only through our website at https://www.glowcastapp.com. Checkout and recurring billing are processed by Lemon Squeezy (our payment and subscription partner, as shown at purchase). Lemon Squeezy’s terms and policies may apply to how payments and certain billing disputes are processed; we coordinate refunds as described below.
Because you purchase directly from us (not through Apple's App Store or another app marketplace), Apple's standard purchase-refund flows do not apply to this subscription. Refunds follow this policy, Lemon Squeezy’s process where applicable, and mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction.
We may, at our discretion or where required by law, provide a refund or account credit in situations such as the following:
Refunds, when approved, are typically returned to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will generally retain access to Glowcast Pro features until the end of your current paid billing period, unless we state otherwise or terminate access for breach of our Terms.
No prorated refunds are provided for cancelling mid-period, except where required by law or expressly stated in this policy. Cancelling stops future renewals only; it does not automatically refund the current period.
Cancel using the Lemon Squeezy customer portal (linked from your purchase receipt or your account area on our Site, where we provide it) or by following the cancellation instructions in your subscription confirmation. If you cannot access the portal, email us at valyriaapps@gmail.com and we will help you cancel future renewals.
If we offer a free trial (such as a 7-day trial), the trial terms shown at signup or checkout apply. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your payment method may be charged at the start of the first billing period.
Fees after conversion are generally non-refundable under Section 1, except where Section 2 applies or law requires otherwise. If you believe you were charged in error after a trial, contact us within the 48-hour window in Section 2 where appropriate.
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first at valyriaapps@gmail.com so we can investigate. Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal without contacting us may result in suspension or termination of your account or license keys, and may make it harder to restore access. We may dispute illegitimate chargebacks and present evidence to the payment network. Repeated abusive disputes may lead to permanent refusal of service.
Promotional or discounted rates are governed by the terms shown at purchase. Taxes and currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider are generally not refundable by us.
Email valyriaapps@gmail.com with the email address on your account, approximate date of charge, and a brief explanation. You may also use options in the Lemon Squeezy customer portal if available for your order. We (or Lemon Squeezy on our instructions) will process approved refunds to the original payment method where possible.
